Olympic Food's quality team develops and maintains product and raw material standards, specifications and processing guides. Through exacting auditing procedures, the QA staff monitors established standards and specifications. The QA team identifies all incoming juice lots received at the plant and actively charts the product flow, from processing to distribution and beyond. The team has also developed a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) program that is at the core of our assurance to you that every Olympic Foods product is safe to consume.
FDA Registration
Olympic Foods has registered the facility with the FDA as required by 21 CFR Part 1, Subpart H, and the Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002. The Food Facility Registration Number is on file.
Regulatory
In addition to internal audits of the company's Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety Systems the facility is also audited annually by California State agencies, Federal agencies, approved third party auditing companies and lastly by our customer's internal auditing departments.
